The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team(TM)

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ has a simple goal:

To help people discover how to build a truly cohesive and effective team.

Based on Patrick Lencioni’s internationally best-selling leadership fable The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this on-line assessment-based introductory program focuses on putting The Five Behaviors™ model into practice. The program is powered by Everything DiSC®, a model that helps individuals understand themselves and others better. Using these results, participants will be able to create a better, stronger team.

  • Establishes Trust between team members
  • Engages in Conflict around ideas
  • Commits to decisions
  • Holds team members Accountable
  • Focuses on achieving collective Results
  • Is more fun to be on!
This webinar series is open to anyone who works on a team whether in your professional or personal life (definition of a team: a relatively small number of people who meet on a regular basis with common goals and are collectively responsible for the results).
