Course Overview
PLE™ program covers the practical aspects of management and leadership and takes the participants from the level of a manager to a master leader or a sensei leader™. It will help you transform management by command, control, and chaos into solid leadership that engages, empowers, and enlightens your organization. The course includes a 2-day immersive program where you will perform a series of self-assessments to assess your current skills, participate in class discussions to learn new techniques, and apply your learnings through execution of a leadership project. At the conclusion of the course, your continued development will be supported by a year-long mentorship program. Course outline coming soon! Participants will earn 2.0 CEUs upon completion of this classroom program and will receive a free copy of Adil Dalal's book, 12 Pillars of Project Excellence. |
Classroom Program Cost and Schedule
In order for attendees to gain the most out of the course, the class size is limited to only 25 individuals. The program will be offered periodically throughout a calendar year.
The course includes a copy of the book, 2-days of classroom education, self assessment tools, execution of a leadership project during the program to apply newly learned skills, and 3 hours of additional mentoring through a year long mentorship program.
